The next Scrubs On Site sale at BCMH will be on Wednesday. May 31st.

The Hospital Auxiliary has arranged for employees to be able to pre-order scrubs on the Scrubs On Site website under the following parameters:

- Orders must be placed on or before Tuesday, May 30th.
- Purchases are able to be divided over 1, 2, 3 or 4 pay periods.
- Shipping is free on orders over $75. It is $7.50 for under $75 purchases.
- When possible, orders will be brought to the June 2nd sale for pick-up.
- Otherwise, shipping is to the hospital for delivery through hospital auxiliary.

To shop the Scrubs On Site web site:

1) Print these directions, then go to www.ScrubsOnSite.com
2) Click “Sign In” at the top right
3) Click “Create a New Account” at bottom left. Then enter Email and a password.
4) You will receive an email to confirm address is valid. Follow the link to enter balance of information about you.
5) Your Account page will first appear.
a. Click the “3rd Party / Employer” link if payroll deduct purchase is desired
i. Enter “Group Billing Name” – BCMH
ii. Enter “Password” – BATES (all caps)
iii. Enter your Employee Number
6) Start Shopping:
a. If you know your scrub style number – enter it in the “Search for..” field at the top.
b. To browse by Brand, click the “Shop” menu choice at top left.
7) Place desired items into your “Cart.”
8) Once your Cart is ready, start the Checkout process.
9) If shipping to your home, enter that information in the ship to address.
10) Billing Information – pay via charge card, or choose the “Payroll Deduction” option including number of pay periods for your purchase to be divided (1 or 2 pay periods).
11) Your orders should ship within 2 weeks of your order. It will be brought to the on site sale if available.
